Precision from the source
We work with animals selected from the finest cattle herds, drawn from common beef breeds and crossbreeds, where genetics and sound management of the processes guarantee a solid foundation of quality. We select young animals, both males and females, aged up to 24 months and with a carcass weight of between 260 and 300 kg, always seeking the perfect balance between growth, yield and meat quality.
These animals are reared in environments with a stable climate, free from extremes of heat, humidity or cold, which promotes natural and uniform growth.
High-quality feed
The feeding programme is structured into two clearly distinct phases:
First phase
Based on a natural, pasture-based diet, which promotes the animal’s balanced development.
Second phase
A controlled finishing phase using top-quality grain, which enhances marbling and improves the texture and flavour of the meat.
Thanks to this combination of genetics, husbandry, environment and feed, we produce balanced, consistent and uniform meat with a regular degree of marbling, resulting in exceptional tenderness and flavour.
All of this is underpinned by rigorous quality controls, overseen by the certification body Certiagro, which ensures compliance throughout the entire process.

Within the Heliosur Suprema range, cuts with a superior level of marbling are selected. Each cut is individually chosen by a specialist department, guaranteeing a consistent level of marbling and quality, with no fluctuations or variations from order to order.
